​The Grappling Crab Shack is a local family business providing carry out Blue Crabs AND SEASONAL SPECIALTY ITEMS.

The Grappling Crab is also a Mobile Food Vendor. We operate offsite at venues and events from breweries, distilleries, and wineries to fairs, festivals, corporate outings, AND NEIGHBORHOODS. Let us come to you!

We Bring back live crabs from the Chesapeake Bay several times a week when in season (typically April through October).  We provide the freshest crabs you can get in Central PA; live and steamed! 

​ Our steamed crabs are seasoned with Maryland's best known local seafood seasoning, J.O.'s

We sell Blue Crabs by the dozen, half-bushel and bushel.  Medium, Large, Jumbo and Heavyweight sizes. We also offer SEASONAL specialty items AVAILABLE AS COLD CARRY OUT.  OUR FRESH GOURMET CRAB CAKES ARE OUR BIGGEST SPECIALTY SELLER AND ARE AVAILABLE FRESH OR VACUUM SEALED TO BE FROZEN.
