- (4) Gourmet Crab Cakes - Generous amounts of freshly picked lump blue crab are combined with delicate complimentary ingredients and finished with a dash of our specialty crab seasoning blend.
- House Remoulade Sauce - A homemade mixture created to compliment our delicious crab cakes. Try it on anything that needs a little extra kick and creamy bold flavor.
- (1 QUART) Cajun Jambalaya- A recipe created with a lot of New Orleans influence. Roasted chicken, smoked sausage, tomato and trinity veggies slow cooked with rice and an array of Cajun spices.
- (1 QUART) Chesapeake Bay Pasta Salad - A unique combination and family made favorite. Elbow macaroni with diced peppers, onions, and celery mixed in a creamy and tangy sauce. Finished with a blend of bay seasonings.
